Greta Van Susteren decided to voice, for the record, her opinion about the ongoing feud between President Trump and the mainstream liberal media.
Van Susteren, who left Fox News after 14 years there last fall, is now an anchor for MSNBC and a veteran of the news.
Here is her opinion on the conflict.

Hopefully, we can all agree that her admonition to the media to “get it right and be fair” is both timely and applicable.
However, it takes an enormous amount of self importance if not down right unacceptable hubris for one news anchor to tell the President of the United States to “back off.”
Yes, his platform is powerful, he got it by running a rigorous campaign and winning a national election. The American people have entrusted him to take care of our interests, both domestic and foreign.
He is going to have a very hard time doing that if the professionals in YOUR industry do what you’ve warned against, are unfair and inaccurate. The President CERTAINLY has the right and duty to do whatever is needed to communicate his true meaning to the people who employed and elected him.
We appreciate your zeal to protect the media, but in this case, you are the one that needs to “BACK OFF,” Greta. Enjoy your new home at MSNBC, where the facts are replaced by narrative and reporters feel the need to complain when they can’t stand the heat.
